After years of working in jobs that I didn't want to do, I decided to take on an apprenticeship because unlike university it allowed me to change my career path almost instantly and doing so, I have acquired so much more confidence and knowledge in IT through the hands-on experience which has solidified what I truly want to do for my future.

Bradley Sheppard

Systems Administrator

Since starting at Adey Steel, I have settled in well with the people here as it is a good friendly environment. I began on the Viper cleaning plates and learning how to use the machine, before moving on to Doors 15&15A where I started welding and now, I am beginning to pick up fabrication. Ideally, I would like to progress through the ranks developing my skills in both fabrication and welding before moving onto potentially becoming a supervisor.
